Senior Production Manager

Noal has been with the company since October of 1995 and is one of our two "Senior Production Managers". Noal started with the company as our cabinet installer and lead trim carpenter.

He is an extremely talented wood worker and to this day continues to build elaborate cabinets and furniture for friends and the occasional client.

In 1998 it became apparent to management that he was being under utilized as a trim carpenter and cabinet installer and was therefore promoted to his current position as "Senior Production Manager".

Noal has had the responsibility of producing some of our largest jobs including all of our "out of the ground" completely new homes.

To date, Noal has personally produced projects worth in excess of 15 million dollars including several new homes and large scale remodeling jobs costing well over a million dollars each.

Noal has more than 26 years in the industry and prides himself on attention to detail which results in completing the project on time and on budget with the highest degree of quality around.

Noal's hard work has resulted in the company being recognized as the "Gold Award" winner of several projects, the most recent of which is Kansas City Homes & Gardens, "Best Whole House Remodel" over $750,000!

We are also excited to announce that another of his projects was featured in the national magazine -- Better Homes and Gardens Kitchen & Baths-January/February 2005 issue -- available anywhere in the United States and Canada.

In 2008, Noal earned the status of "Certified Remodeler" sponsored by the National Association of the Remodelers Industry (NARI).

When not at work, Noal enjoys hunting Pheasant, Quail and Turkey and relaxing with his beautiful wife, Leslie and three "really great" children.
